By installing and playing Solar Defense (“the game”), you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game on your own device for entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its assets.
Game progress is stored on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost due to uninstalling, device failure or clearing app data.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage, or tamper with the game to disrupt other players or our services.
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.
We may update the game and these terms over time. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
